Otakon 2008
A quick head's up: I will be attending Otakon 2008 in August. I'll be going with Erin Ptah, who's helping me with accommodations. If there's any interest in an OO gathering at the con, post here if you're going and I'll try to set up a meeting spot.
I'll be participating in the anime LARP, playing Watanuki from xxxHolic (my first choice of Itoshiki from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei was already taken). If you've already signed up, feel free to post what character you'll be playing. Otherwise, you need to wait until the Friday of the con.

You.. you're playing Watanuki? I was him last year at the LARP and was commanded by Yúko to bake all the LARPers cookies (and I brought chocolate chip ones, they were destroyed in an instant).
I will be Ichimaru this year, and I look forward to serving Aizen in his great plot to... do something I can't talk about in public.

I'll be going to the con....but, I've never LARP-ed before... I'm a little scared to try.
I've gone to Otakon for the last several years, but never participated in the LARP. This year, I'm doing a group .hack//SIGN cosplay - I'm doing Tsukasa and my one friend is doing Lady Subaru, and my other friend might be doing Silver Knight (just in case anyone wants to look for us)
